yellow flag

Observation:

Digital marketing is a hyper competitive space.

The sandbox is full with people who know what they’re doing and are damn good at it too.

So it pays to keep an ear to the ground when it comes to strategies, tactics, and offers…

Because things change fast.

That said, I’ve noticed something recently I feel compelled to call out:

Many so-called experts don’t seem to know how to create a front-end offer that scales.

Instead, it feels like some of these folks are launching new offers every 5 minutes.

Not only does that sound exhausting…

But in my book, it’s also a yellow flag.

Now, there’s an inherent value in ‘new-ness’...

Because ‘new’ sells.

Yet the goal when creating a front-end offer should be to find something that works

Then scale it.

That’s it.

Whether that’s spending $500 a day on ads or $5,000 a day.

This is how you free yourself up to work on all the other needle-movers in your business.

Like building a stronger relationship with your list…

Dialing in your backend…

And making space to work on big picture like a real CEO.

If you’re constantly spinning up new stuff to test on the front end…

By default, it means you’re NOT spending that time all on those other things.

It’s kinda like being a freelancer…

Where you want to spend as little time prospecting as possible…

So you can spend more time serving clients and getting paid.

And, for context:

I’ve personally worked on front-end offers that have run for 2-3+ years without fatiguing…

Created tens of thousands of customers…

And generated many millions of dollars in sales.

So I know how doable it is.

Once you’ve seen that with your own eyes, you can’t unsee it.

This is why I’m so bullish on building your paid acquisition strategy around a book…

Because books have staying power in the marketplace.

They don’t burn out in a week or month.

Now, I’ve yet to scale mine past $800 bucks a day on ads…

But it’s been running for close to 6 months now…

Without a refresh or even writing any new ad copy lol

What’s more:

Even at this modest level of ad spend, I’m comfortably adding 50+ new customers a day to my list…

(profitably, mind you ;)

Which frees me up to focus on building out my backend.

Something to ponder as we move into Q2.
