Flashback to June 2023:

A long-time client was struggling to shift her business from product launches to an evergreen webinar.

Without the urgency of a live launch…

The evergreen version of the webinar simply wasn’t converting well.

At the time, we were stuck spending a measly $10-12k/m on ads.

Anytime we tried to scale beyond that, performance fell apart.

Now, her offer’s an interesting one…

Because the main driver for buyers is NOT to make money.

But the potential to make money with it does exist.

It’s what we in the biz call a “hidden benefit.”

So after going through her webinar with a fine-tooth comb…

I suggested she add a few slides calling out this hidden benefit.

The webinar conversion rate more than doubled.

And we went from spending $9,900 on ads in June…

To $274k in July.
