this is limiting your growth & monetization (here’s why)

Happy Friday!
If you’re a current or aspiring newsletter publisher…
Then you’re in the “creator” business.
Your income is directly tied to what you create.
And therefore, all creator businesses share the same constraint:
Output.
In other words…
Your growth & monetization are limited by how much content you can create.
Now, “content” isn’t limited to social media posts…
Or even newsletters.
It also includes online courses, digital products, and other paid offers.
Which are often a heavier lift in terms of creation burden vs free content.
Yet they serve as pivotal puzzle pieces in the Newsletter Freedom equation.
So it pays to produce them as fast as possible.
Case in point:
I mentioned in my last email that I’m experimenting with a “paid newsletter” strategy…
Where the only way to get on my list will be by purchasing something.
And so, I want to rapid fire test a few different offers & price points.
One of which is a $3 PDF version of my new crash course.
Now, crucially:
Instead of writing this entire PDF from scratch…
(which is exactly what old Jim would’ve done)
I’m simply taking the transcripts from my crash course video lessons and formatting them into a book.
It’s a much more efficient approach…
That will allow me to get the offer & funnel out the door 10x faster.
(It’s also made much easier thanks to AI-enabled tools like Tella.)
Anyway, point here is:
Optimizing your creative efficiency is essential if you want to compress the time it takes to win as a creator.
Look for ways to repurpose existing content into new formats.
With the tools out there now…
You can easily go from text to audio to video, or vice versa, in a fraction of the time.
So everything you create becomes a double or triple threat.
Anyway, that’s all I got for ya today.
Enjoy the weekend :)
