“is this a large print book for seniors?” 😂

True story:

When I showed my wife the first proof copy of my paperback book… 

Her response was:

 “... this looks like a large print book for seniors” 

LOL 😂

I almost died.

You see, like any well-trained copywriter, I wanted to optimize the print copy for readability….

Which meant:

- Short sentences & paragraphs
- Color coded content boxes
- Lots of white space
- Bullet points

And of course, an (extra) large font size.

However:

I’m willing to admit I may have been a little trigger happy out of the gate.

What do you think?

SPOTTED: Text so big it can be seen from space (allegedly).

Personally, I thought this thing was easy as heck on the eyes lol

But ultimately, I shrunk the font size down two points for the final version.

This also reduced the page count and print cost.
