True story:
I was listening to Pavel Tsatsouline on the Huberman Lab podcast the other day.

You spread those reps out throughout the day.
For example:
Instead of trying to do 10 pull-ups in a single set…
You might do two pull-ups five times throughout the day.
Why does this work so well?
