creative engines

Confession:
I recently bought a red light therapy device.
And before you ask, no — it’s not one of those creepy-looking face masks.
(... that might be next though haha 😂)
Here’s what my little rig looks like:
Now, hype aside, the science behind red light therapy is actually quite legit.
There's a whole slew of potential benefits being studied…
Improved skin health, better sleep, injury recovery, etc.
But the one that interests me the most is:
Mitochondrial function.
You see, your mitochondria are kinda like little cellular engines…
Meaning they help convert food and oxygen into energy to power your body.
And red light therapy can make them naturally produce more energy…
So you’ve (theoretically) got more consistent energy throughout the day.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks, so it’s far too early to draw any conclusions.
I’ll keep you posted.
What’s neat about it, though…
Is that you only have to use the device for 10 minutes a day to see results.
Which is pretty cool.
I just stand in front of it while listening to a podcast in the morning.
Super easy to integrate into my daily routine.
Much like Email Storyselling.
Similar to red light therapy…
All it takes is 15-30 minutes of practice per day to fire up your inner creative engines…
So you can start coming up with winning email ideas on command…
Cranking out higher-converting emails your subscribers love to read…
And watching daily sales hit your Stripe account.
Because ultimately, daily practice is the fastest path to mastery.
So if you’re looking to master the entire Email Storyselling system in the next 90(ish) days…
Without spending hours grinding through Breakthrough Advertising…
Or hand copying dusty old sales letters from the 1960s…
Then grab a copy of my Email Storyselling MBA product below.
Inside, I walk you through the entire system from A to Z…
And give you a step-by-step roadmap for converting your time & energy into skills that will pay the bills in just 15 to 30 mins a day.

P.S:
If you’ve been on my list for a while but haven’t been getting my daily emails up until now, sorry about that.
Earlier this week, I discovered a bug with my broadcast segment…
So a big chunk of new subscribers weren’t getting anything.
Woops lol 🙈
It’s fixed now though.
As a refresher, my newsletter goes out daily from Monday to Friday.
So expect to see a short email from me every day of the week.
Think of it is as your daily red light therapy to offset the rest of the boring emails in your inbox 😜
