8-figure copywriter sheepishly admits to using AI (here’s why)

Confession:

ChatGPT has become my personal writing assistant.

Not necessarily for generating entire emails from scratch…

But for adding more spice & flavor to my writing.

Like when I need the perfect simile to describe how most newsletter publishers drop their paid offers into the P.S. section like a forgotten sock at the bottom of a laundry basket.

Or when I want to explain why giving away 'how-to' info for free is like setting up a buffet outside your restaurant… then wondering why no one comes inside to eat.

See what I mean?

One well-placed piece of imagery makes your writing much easier to grasp.

In fact, it’s one of the hallmarks of Email Storyselling I talk about in my book.

Because the easier it is to grasp your message, the more likely people are to take action on it.

But candidly, this has never been my strong suit.

In the past, I’ve struggled for hours to come up with the right turn of phrase to drive my point home.

This aspect of writing has just never come naturally for me.

Luckily though, AI excels at these simple tactical improvements.

The small touches that take your writing from good to great.

And now I can often come up with the perfect simile, analogy, or metaphor in minutes instead of hours.

But here's the thing:

You still need to know what makes a story-driven email convert in the first place.

The framework.
The psychology.
The strategy.

That's where my new Email Storyselling MBA product comes in.

Inside, I show you exactly how to write emails your subscribers love to read AND buy from – then how to use AI to make them even better.

So if you’re looking to master the art & science of Email Storyselling in 2025…

P.S:

If you’re someone who’s totally against using AI in your writing, I get it.

I used to feel exactly the same way.

That’s why I’m still a bit sheepish about admitting that I use it now.

And not just for ideation or outlining.

But the truth is, everything I teach inside the Email Storyselling MBA is about learning to write in your authentic voice first.

Then it’s up to you whether you want to integrate any of the AI stuff later.

Ultimately, your skills will dictate your ceiling with AI…

So it’s essential to learn how to write from scratch first.
